Porn

Posting up the rest of Emily's shoot. I have DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) at the moment. It's hell. In the wise words of my friend - 'it [simply] hurts to be alive'. Hopefully, will get better by this weekend. Ah, life life life. P.S. I love Zumba.    PORNO PHOTOS!

Va va vroom!

ALERT: Emily on a motorbike! EMILY ON A MOTORBIKE! God, this photoshoot was all things fail and hilarious. A lot of our shots with the motorbike seemed to have a very 'porno'-esque vibe...like they would belong in FHM, Zoo Weekly or something. It's NOT because we purposely wanted raunchy photos, but I guess, any kind of pose we tried on the motorbike happened to turn out that way. What do I know? Girl on motorbike = Sex. So these are probably my favourite from the lot, but I'll upload the rest of the edited ones later as well. I PROMISE, I'll show you the porn ones too . I have so many damn photos to upload!

Does it make sense?

And I am finally done! In true Kimb style, I last-minuted my advertising report (actually handed it in late), but managed to complete my photography major assignment and the subject itself in an acceptable way. Last Monday was the final uni day. My photography tutor is a man of walking awkwardness, albeit sweet. He gushed and analysed my photos in a very in-depth way. Yes...I had every intention of that crease on the dress being there... I was technically meant to be done last week but have been putting off an article I had to write to get marked off officially. It took me a WEEK to finally kick myself up in the ass and get it completed. Now I'm properly finished! Hopefully, I do pass everything and this means the end to sixteen years of institutional education. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? 16 BLOODY YEARS! Set assignment theme:  Tableaux photography - the act of being able to tell/capture a story in one frame/shot.  Can be achieved so through symbolism and deliberate set-ups, ac...

Hey baby, I think I want to marry you.

Gordon + Maria Harry + Yingna Both were shot some time from Autumn-Winter of 2009. Film on a Nikon FM. " If you ever find yourself stuck in the middle of the sea, I'll sail the world, to find you. " I have found myself reliving all the relevant pieces in a part of history that made my heart break. I travelled and came back as something different. Everything that made me sad a year ago, everything that I was bitter about - I love now. I flew straight into someone else's shoes and I think it's amazing because of all the coincidences. Now I get how. I get why. So, I used to be a commander and chief of my pimp ship flying high, but now I'm not...triiiipppppy! CACKLE. Just kidding. I'm the furthest thing from being on a pimp ship. Preview of a test photo shoot I did with Maria and Emily on Thursday: Sorry, am in a cheesy mood because I attended a wedding on Saturday - ceremony and all. It was held in Little Bay at a cute, cosy chapel by the sea. Reception was a...

White daisy passing

"Please slow it down There’s a secret magic past world That you only notice when you’re looking back at it And all I wanna do is turn around I'm going down to sleep on the bottom of the ocean Cause I couldn’t let go when the water hit the setting sun Cause I couldn’t let go of the passing moment gone" White Daisy Passing - Rocky Votolato Grabbed a formspring account. Am uncertain as to how it'll play out for me. Consider this a trial period. Don't want to publicly display it on Facebook for it'd mean putting on show everything . Will leave it on this site for now. I believe this space of mine is relatively unknown. Should I be making more of an effort to publicise it? I'm not sure if I'm ready for the judgement and feedback on something so intimate and personal to me. I don't want to post everything up on a social networking site and basically, throw praises and congralutions at myself. I don't wish for the passing compliments to provide ...

Looking back on when we first met

Did a shoot with Emily this morning. Funtastic! You know what? I always have an amazing time on my photoshoots. I know I'm more than a bit of a nutbag - I'm actually insanity - but the whole process is so much fun. What it's like to be on a shoot with me: CHAOS. I wing it (which is a pretty accurate depiction of my outlook on life in general HAHA). I don't know what type of images I'll be shooting until I'm on location and the inspiration sort of flashes by. Sometimes it's easy. Sometimes it's more difficult; it takes more work than that. It's where my models have to try out millions of different things. BUT, I think those are the best parts. As frustrating as it can be, we laugh like maniacs when we see how shockingly absurd and stupid the poses we can come up with are. Hilarity ensues... So on that note, I just wanted to say a thank you to everyone who has helped me out - from the bottom of my heart. My beautiful models - thank you for being patien...
