It's okay

Quick Post. Need to head off soon! I will post up photos when I come back. This is everything (in literal form, not visual, sorry) I remember about the past two weeks in a nutshell:
  • Spent 5 days and 4 nights in Bran villa. Got completely plastered on the very first night. No recollection. Did maybe about four shots of this traditional Romanian homemade 60% alcohol among other things. That shit was AWFUL. Hungover all of the next day.
  • Visited Bran castle (apparent home to Dracula...but we all know vampires don't exist, right?).
  • Visited the Peles castle in Sinai. Hilarious day. Jimmy decided to be our tour guide for the day but failed miserably. First instant: We couldn't find our bus - Jimmy walks up to the information counter and asks the lady about it. She informs him bus will be there. Jimmy in a fit of rage and desperation: "WHERE IS IT?!?!?!?!". HAHA! Second instant: Train was delayed for an hour. Third instant: Jimmy desperate again and walking up to a bunch of travellers at a station - "DOES ANYBODY SPEAK ENGLISH, PLEASEEE?!?!?!?!?". Fourth instant: Jimmy trying to hitchhike our way back home from Sinai. We were laughing for 5 days straight through all the good times and bad times. When things suck, you can only laugh. We spent more time on the buses and trains, but 45 minutes in that Peles castle was absolutely worth it. It was stunning. Beautiful.
  • Working in communications department of the the university - doing random research stuff.
  • 3 weeks passed by so quickly. 4 weeks left.
  • 20 feels pretty fantastic. I feel much 'older' and more important. Because I've hit the 2s, I'm now qualified to be considered a wise and mature adult. Now, I can stop feeling like a teenager, BECAUSE I AM NOT ONE. I wanted low key this year and this has been it. Just spent day and night hanging out with the new friends and everybody at the AIESEC conference serenading me. Love.
  • Met Vietnamese girl in Romania - FINALLY. She's here on a phD scholarship.
  • Bran made me feel like I was in the movie Twilight. SERIOUSLY. Mountains, lots of green, tall trees - the kind that Edward Cullen swung around on.
  • Did a shitload of AIESEC roll call dances at the conference. We, the international trainees, came up with one ourselves - Daft Punk Body. It was err...okay
COOL. Now I'm off to the Black Sea for the weekend! Will be going to the Liberty Parade in Constanta, then Mika's concert in Mamaia. I'm going to come home so black.
