Almost over!

Hi hi hi hi! Two more weeks left before I complete my degree. Graduation is in May. EXCITEMENT. But also, scared shitless. Two more assignments left. One due on Wednesday - a 2500 word advertising report + a 1500 word essay (my penalty for missing half of a workshop a few weeks back FML). Then my final photography task due on the following Monday. I can't wait. What will I do when I finish?! Jobs jobs jobs. Speaking of which, I was a finalist for a Communication Council grad trainee program. I went to the assessment day yesterday but was UTTERLY SHIT-ASS HOPELESS. I didn't sleep all night because my body suddenly decided to hate me and I acquired a severe stomach ache. Besides that, I had stress with other things going on and during the day, couldn't concentrate and was relying on the night to get me by to prepare myself for my planned presentation/pitch among other things. But with all the pain, I was just lying in bed wincing. Story of my life. So yesterday, I was blanke...

Let me go home

" If they would just sit down and watch us for five minutes to see how we are together, they'd understand. They'd get it. " Observation: Shooting with more than one model is a difficult process. It's essentially a whole new area. You have to synchronise the poses and facial expressions right down to make-up, hair and styling. Having said that, they're double the fun when you have more idiots to muck around with on set. Home is where you are. So please let me go home.

Hey baby, I think I want to marry you.

Gordon + Maria Harry + Yingna Both were shot some time from Autumn-Winter of 2009. Film on a Nikon FM. " If you ever find yourself stuck in the middle of the sea, I'll sail the world, to find you. " I have found myself reliving all the relevant pieces in a part of history that made my heart break. I travelled and came back as something different. Everything that made me sad a year ago, everything that I was bitter about - I love now. I flew straight into someone else's shoes and I think it's amazing because of all the coincidences. Now I get how. I get why. So, I used to be a commander and chief of my pimp ship flying high, but now I'm not...triiiipppppy! CACKLE. Just kidding. I'm the furthest thing from being on a pimp ship. Preview of a test photo shoot I did with Maria and Emily on Thursday: Sorry, am in a cheesy mood because I attended a wedding on Saturday - ceremony and all. It was held in Little Bay at a cute, cosy chapel by the sea. Reception was a...

Copacabana - the Sydney one...

Last weekend, my friends and I drove up to Copacabana (near Terrigal) for Clarice's 21st. The beachhouse, the beach, the weather - everything was gorgeous. Meet my beautiful friends... And our insane and seriously questionable antics... "Clarice, sit on us and look like you're playing the piano!" "I want to be the piano stool!" "NO I DO" "NO!" Katherine's mermaid tail. "Look really happy" And finally, I leave you with this gem, coupled with my advanced paint skills. You created it on paint? No way. I know. "Look like you're on a rollercoaster!"
